1) All in all, Carrie 2013 is obviously not better than the original
2) The studio interferences did this movie NO favors
3) Carrie 2013 is still waaay better than its reputation indicates
4) The secondary cast is surprisingly good

David Lynch has equalled Fire Walk With Me, but he's never bettered it. This much-slandered masterpiece is a great movie from one of our greatest directors, and is also one of the best horror movies of the early 90's.
